Why is it appearing only Fast Boot & Rescue Mode whenever I switch on my phone?

my phone is Honor 3 C, I used this phone last night smoothly but it is appearing only Fast Boot & Rescue mode when I switch on my phone in this morning. How can I solve this problem. Please, help me.
