Updated my Droid Turbo 64 and now it doesn't recognize the turbo charger. Any input?

Charger works, just slow and doesn't show that the turbo charger is connected.
Can't get the phone to recognize Wi-Fi so the encyclopedia will update

Try wiping the cache partition on the phone to see if that fixes the issue.
