Can't play my CDs.

A

AC Question

I transferred some CDs from my PC to my Turbo. The files and tunes are in the internal storage on Turbo, but no songs appear in recently added, or any place else in Play Music.

Hello. I don't use Play Music and am not sure if that should work, but my Moto G does not come with a built in Music player app, as more heavily skinned brands like Samsung do.

Try a music player app from the Play Store like Rocket Player.
Neutron is apparently the best but expensive, Poweramp also.

Album Art Grabber will fetch album art.

It should play Windows WAV/ WMA and lossless files.

Android's Media Scanner should find the music files anywhere on internal or sd storage, apparently.

First, copying files doesn't update the media database, so either restart the phone after copying files, or run an app like media.Re.Scan.

If that doesn't bring them up, look in the phone with your file manager and make sure the files re where you think you put them.

If they are, tap one and see if it plays, or if you get a message that you don't have an app to play it. If that's the case, Do what Madd54 said.
