I'm having trouble installing my corporate e-mail account on to the phone.

I just switched from I-phone (where my e-mail worked). It's a corporate e-mail based on Microsoft Outlook. I'm not having any luck installing it on my new phone.

I'm guessing the corporate e-mail is password protected.

Any suggestions?

1. What is your phone?
2. What email app are you using?
3. What type of service is the account? IMAP or ActiveSync?
4. Did you do automatic setup? Did you try manual setup?
5. What are the error messages you see, if any?
6. Have you contacted your company 8T department for help?

Android since v1.0. Linux user since 2001.

If this is a company email, perhaps your IT dept can help you. Might be quicker than trying to set it up through a forum.
