I am considering purchasing the Asus ZenFone 2.

I am considering purchasing the Asus ZenFone 2. The spec reads "First Sim - 2G/3G/4G/LTE and Second Sim - 2G Only - voice and basic text. No MMS (Multimedia messaging) with pictures". Does this mean I cannot send pictures or does it mean if I use 2 sims, I can only use the 1st sim to send pictures? I do not use 2 sim cards anyway so will this not affect me? Thank you.
