While I am on a call, another incoming call cuts in.
I am in the middle of a call and occasionally another call cuts in interrupting the call I am on, instead of rolling over to voice mail.
I have Samsung S5 phone and have updated all the software. Prior to the update (at Samsung's request in trying to fix this) any options for Call Waiting Settings have been removed from this phone! There is no Call Waiting Setting adjustment as seen on the various forums and instructions. Samsung has no answer other than 'when make improvements some features go away'. !!! This is a needed feature - it is difficult when you are on a business call to have another call break through.
Has anyone else had this problem?
