Why i can't sign in on gmail?

I am using tab 4 samsung galaxy. Everytime i am trying to sign in on my gmail,it isn't working.it's always saying,username isn't available.Please help. I could open it before but i removed my gmail acct for safety.But even i could open gmail before,i couldn't open my google playstore. It always say,it has connection problem,but when i was at my cousin's,i could use playstore.

Your post doesn't make easy reading.....it seems like you need to register/open a Google Account. It "sounds" as if you may have tried; but you need to find a new username that isn't already in use.....together with password.
