How to remove an SD card on an S3 when phone WILL NOT POWER ON

Welcome to the forums!

You don't have to unmount when the phone is powered off. There is nothing writing to the card.

The question is how do I get my SD card out?

Just open the back of the phone and pull it out. Unmounting only stops it from writing anything so you don't remove it while it is doing something and corrupt something. Unmounting doesn't eject the card.
