How do I solve and internet connection problem on Samsung Galaxy s4?

My internet connection on my Samsung Galaxy s4 shows that it is connected and strong - both at home and at work. However I cannot connect to the internet in either location. I get a message that says DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET. My laptop and other devices that connect to the WIFI are getting on the internet just fine. This problem just started this morning.

Did you ask this already? I feel like I answered this earlier today, but I can't find it. Anyway, go to Settings>Wi-fi, long-press the network you're using, and Modify Network. Tap Advanced Setting, and make sure it's set to DHCP, not static IP. Does that work?
