To reboot, simply remove the battery, wait a couple of seconds, put it back, and then power it on again.
You've probably heard this, but it's highly advisable to upgrade to a more modern phone. That phone is 10 years old, and presumably stuck on Lollipop. This means it's 9 full Android versions behind, which means a lot of security flaws haven't been patched. In addition, more and more apps probably will no longer run on it.
