After recent Samsung OS upgrade there is no longer auto WiFi connect on my Galaxy S4's. Have to turn off phones and restart to connect to WiFi. Tried cleaning storage and cache. Even did a complete cold hard restart on one phone (real pain). Both the local Samsung rep (Best Buy) and Sprint rep (service provider) say it's a Samsung OS upgrade issue that Samsung is aware of but haven't solved yet.
