Authentication Error Occured on open wifi?

My galaxy note 4 will not connect to the wifi where I work. It says saved/secured but does that back and fourth until I reach an authentication error has occured. And all my colleagues have no issues with the connection but me.

I have tried the following with no success....

1) Forgetting the network
2)Hard resetting my device
3)Resetting all apps to default
4)Used "wifi Fixer" app
5)Deleted all saved wifi connections
6)wiping the phone

Please please android central I need to your help to resolve this issue as I am there 5x days a week and don't wanna blow through data. Thank you for your time and effort.

There's no login required for the network - they just connect to it with new phones without setting anything up or opening a web page and agreeing to something?

Yes you open a web page and agree to the terms and conditions. But my phone refuses to even connect to the network.
