Why my phone Meizu mx4 pro wont turn on my mobile data

Hello. I bought myself a Meizu mx4 pro 1 month ago from Ukraine. With the ukranian card my mobile data was ok. But im from Bulgaria . Now with my Bulgarian card it wont read my mobile data. Im on 4G priorit. I didnt have auto settings for the card so they send me hand settings but still i cant figure it out why it dont read my mobile data. I can call ,write texts but not be on internet if im not connected to wifi. my android version is 4.4.4 but i dont think that it has any sense
