why wont my bluetooth turn on?

[Android Central Question]

I have a galaxy A71 and for the past week and a half the Bluetooth won't turn on in general, I've tried everything, clearing the data and cashe, and restarting my phone SEVRAL times. every now and then seemingly when I leave the house it'll turn on but as soon as I pair any ear phones it turns tight back off. I recently canceled my Sim card and am getting a new one, could not having a sim card coralate with this? I don't think it does cause my old phones Bluetooth works fine with no Sim but could this be a possibility on why this is happening?

You can reset network in setting>general management>reset >reset network will delete WiFi and Bluetooth

Can long press Bluetooth icon on the pull down notification panel then tap 3 dot's upper right corner under advanced see Bluetooth control history
