How do I stop these error messages from appearing?

[AC Question]

Since getting the newest update on my HTC One I've been receiving there three error messages:

"Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped."
"Unfortunately, Google Play Services has stopped."
"Unfortunately, Google Services Framework has stopped."

They pop up all day, often multiple times each time, repeating the same messages.
It doesn't matter if I'm in an app, on my home screen or in a browser, they still appear.
Can someone please save me :'(

Try wiping the cache partition: http://forums.androidcentral.com/ht...ow-reboot-into-stock-recovery-htc-one-m8.html. If you can't find a Fastboot toggle, try proceeding with the rest of the steps anyway.
