hacked?

Weird things have been happening with my new LGL22C Verizon/Straight talk trac phone. I purchased it a week ago..I've noticed sent texts from my number ...as follows-

I receive random 6digit password confirmations for changing Facebook and in trying to actually change my own fb password I was
directed to another persons fb as I was her. Very weird. Any ideas?? Am I hacked or being spyed on??

Do a factory reset if you think you've been hacked. Had to do one on my husband's phone he had Spyware on it

Yeah something sounds wrong. Setup two step authentication and change all of your passwords.

After factory reset, what about someone who has access to accts and the auto syncing and reinstalling ?? Old devices, etc etc?? How do you prevent it from happening again and is there any way too find out for sure of I'm hacked or if I have spyware
