Samsung Account Access do not know ID or password never made one

so today my 360 security app locked me out of my phone so I turned off my phone and factory restarted it now its rebooted and I'm trying to setup my account basically all over again it wants me to put a Samsung Account id and password in order to move forward to verify that I was the one that the phone belongs to I never made one so how do I get onto my phone I know my google account and my Google password but I never made a Samsung password well Samsung account
