A question I'd like to ask is, has anyone been locked out of their samsung account on their handset but are able to login online to the same acc?
I have checked my user ID which is correct and so is my password. however whenever i try to login to my samsung acc on my handset, it says incorrect password. If I try to re-initiate the process it says invalid ID. I'm going around in circles and it's ticking me off to say the least. I'm getting nowhere fast, I'm thinking of just closing the account and start again.
