Google music library not working

[AC Question]

Hi I got the free trial Google play music and carried on the subscription. However since 1st October my music isn't there even the ones I previously purchased. I can't stream or access anything. A box comes up sing 'music temporarily unavailable no space available' I have cleared lots of space and also it goes to my external SD card which still has plenty of space. I don't know who to contact in Google to sort this out. Any help would be appreciated
