I've seen other people with this problem, but haven't seen an explanation or solution that has worked for me.
On my droid turbo, the wrist twist to open the camera is only working occasionally. I find that it usually works if the camera is open, i.e. I can access the camera from the multitasking menu, but doesn't usually work if the camera is closed.
Sometimes it doesn't work even if the camera is open, and only closing and reopening the camera gets it working again.
The phone is a recent replacement for one that was under warranty. I don't think it's the phone though, since it works much of the time and there is a clear connection to the camera being open or closed.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling updates for moto actions and the camera itself.
Any thoughts or possible solutions would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
