Cannot make or recieve calls on htc820

[AC Question]

Hi .i have HTC desire 820.just upgraded to version 5.0.2 ( lollipop).I having been facing troubles in making and recieving calls. The ring last for about 3 to 4 seconds and cut abruptly on their own.i ve tried factory reset and it didnt work. I ve not been able to make calls at all. Its really frustating. Please help!

I would suggest you discuss this particular issue with your carrier--perhaps you need a new SIM card.
