Can you recover memo from broken screen s5?

I have tried to backup with smart switch, I was able to backup. I really need the memos from that phone but it comes up as nmm extension. I can't copy and open successfully on another SD card. Any suggestions besides repairing the screen since I have another phone to use.

I am not familiar with the .mm extension or which app uses it, but if you need to export that data and the normal methods are not working you may need to do the screen swap to get the data back.

Thanks I'm realizing that I have to suck it up and pay for it. It sucks because I got the phone for $1 on black Friday. I was hoping someone had a clue how to open the extension.
