Connecting to other devices not working because of power saving?

[AC Question]

My phone just updated to 5.0.2. After restarting, it said something about a way to connect to other devices.
When I went on and tryed it, it said that this function couldn't be activated because the power saving was turned on.

Now that I have tured off power saving, how can I go back to that function and try it?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone do you have? If it's a Samsung, was it Power Sharing that you saw? That's a feature that allows you to charge up another device by connecting it to your phone.
