Galaxy S5 Marshmallow Update Fail

[AC Question]

Hi, For about 6 or 7 days now I have been trying to download and install the latest Marshmallow operating system. I have AT&T - Samsung Galaxy S5. It successfully will download the software then reboots and says failed update. This has happened every time so far.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! I believe that's 5.1.1, not Marshmallow. AT&T releases Android 5.1.1 Lollipop for the Galaxy S5 - SamMobile

Try wiping the cache partition, then see if you can update again: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404
