Video not functioning 100% with Xperia Z3 compact

[AC Question]

I have just bought a Xperia Z3 Compact, and I've noticed that it has problems when starting to play videos. Even Instagram short videos show this problem. The sound starts, but the image shows up later or, the most frequent problem, the video correctly starts, but freezes the image after a while. How can I solve this? It's really annoying!
