Note 4 factory reset

I did a factory reset to my note without backing up anything and now I can not use my data feature it won't turn on or work. I don't have have Wi-Fi do I have to call my cell provider for my issue

Welcome to Android Central! Any reason why you did the factory reset in the first place? Was it malfunctioning before?

Your mobile data is turned on, correct? Check your APN settings and make sure they're correct for your carrier. Which carrier is it?
