WiFi causing Android System to Drain Battery

A

AC Question

I have an S6 edge plus and in about half an hr with Wifi on, i lost 3 percent. I looked at GSAM battery monitor, and Wifi-active only accounts for 6%. I was not downloading anything or doing anything. Then you look at app usage and it accounts for 60% of battery loss, in that 60%, android system uses 27.6%, kernal(android OS) uses 13.6%, and system UI 4.2%. I barely lose any battery when I have Wifi off. My verdict is that one or more of the packages within Android system is active when wifi is on, therefore casuing the drain. I have Samsung Package Disbler which i can use to block packages if I can find which one. Does anyone know which one of the package(s) actitvate when wifi is on?
