When I Am Trying To Download WhatsApp I Am Receiving An Error Message, How Could I Recover It?

Try clearing cache and data on the Play Store; go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store and tap "Clear cache" and "Clear data". After you've done this, reboot the device and see if you can download the app with no issue.
