LG L40-D160 Stuck on logo screen

Hi, I tried to turn on my LG L40 but it got stuck on the logo and wouldn't turn on properly. I have tried a factory reset, removing the SIM card, draining the battery; literally everything with no results. Any advice? Bearing in mind that I can't change my phone's settings.

Have you tried leaving the battery out for a while before trying to boot back up?
