preparing sd card

[AC Question]

my note 4 stuck with this about a week now. its happen after im install clean master. then all my apps in sd card cannot function. my file manager goes the same. even the setting not respond. pls help me..

Welcome to Android Central! Do yourself a favor, and uninstall Clean Master. Its benefits are dubious, and things it does to "speed up your system" can be counterproductive (like trying to kill apps). Then see if the problem persists.
