Why won't my Nexus 7comes up with error wont play due to playback error.

I don't understand how my Nexus will not play videos on Facebook, YouTube and other sites. Comes up with play back errors and my Nexus runs slow. Reset my Nexus 5 times and still won't play!

Reset as in powering off then back on or a factory reset?

Which Nexus 7 is it, the 2012 or 2013 version?

What version of Android are you running?

Is it rooted?
