LG G3 - Issue

[AC Question]

I do dot hear the caller's voice, but they can hear mine. When I call them - I cant hear their voice, although they can hear mine. What should I do

Hi, does this happen with every caller? is your signal strength okay? do you have any lint or dust covering any ports?
