How do I sync my Outlook Calendar on my PC with my Sony Xperia Z4 Tablet?

I would like to move the entire Outlook Calendar (8 years worth) to my new Sony Xperia Z4 tablet.

My son has major medical issues and I keep everything on my calendar.

I downloaded the Sony PC Companion and fallowed Sony's directions to the letter. It transferred December 2015 calendar and that month only. All of his doctor visits and when his meds were changed are needed.

Please help!

Presently, I am moving a week every time I get a chance but, that will take a couple of months with the amount of information I need to move.
