Samsung vr gear virus on 6 edge+, help plze

[AC Question]

I walked into a Samsung building and after I came out in got this app automatically on my phone and it keeps popping up so that I cannot literally do anything. After a full day of trying to close and get thru the phone I factory reset it, but that app is still there and it still poppy up. How do I get rid of it so I can have a functioning phone? I also managed to download contacts and photos, but it did not transfer all photos. Any way I can try and get those pics?? Please help. And thank you!!
