I am not able to reboot my samsung grand duo phone

As my internal phone memory is full my phone is not booting up.
Can anyone suggest how to boot the system without loosing the data.
I have tried with volume up + Middle + Power button and then selected clear cache but its not working.

Hi, usually a phone wouldn't stop the boot up process if the internal space was full, it would just prevent you from downloading anything in the future. Have you tried connecting the phone to a PC / Laptop and manually moving the data over that way?
