I need help with my GalaxyS3

[AC Question]

The phone froze around 10am on the 6th of January and I have tried taking the battery out and also using the home and lock button simultaneously. Once I have completed these two tasks i have the Home Screen of the brand of my phone.

Do you have all your apps?. Sometimes my home screen losses my settings also.
