My phone won't turn on

AC Question

I have a LG 270 phone at first I couldn't use the App Store or YouTube so I shut off my phone, when I turned it on it said that there was a secure booting error. It then showed a blank screen until you take out the battery. I'm worried that I messed my phone up, please help.
