I cannot update or reinstall Facebook on a Nexus 7 with 5.1.1 OS

Problem has continued for a couple of months. Prior to that I had no trouble updating FB. I cannot update it, and when I try to uninstall/reinstall, the reinstall fails.

Hi, welcome to the forums! Some members reported a similar issue and there's a fix that worked for most of them. If you have the Facebook Messenger installed clear data, force stop and uninstall. After this try installing Facebook again and if it works do the same with Messenger.
