Hi all, recently one of my friends bought me a phone, and I wanted to know if it supported more than 480p on Youtube.

On my last phone, the LG Optimus F3 it only supported 480p and it was a really big bummer that my videos looked very pixelated. Is it related to the Android version or just the phone? I heard it came with Android 5.1.1, 4.4.4 and 4.4.2 meanwhile my previous phone was only 4.1.2

    Thanks

Im pretty sure your phone will be able to play on any quality on youtube, but still will depend on your screen resolution.

Two factors here. First, it depends on the video you are watching. If it was shot at 480p, then you can't view it above that on any device. Second factor is your phone. You will only be able to watch videos up to your max screen resolution. Videos will automatically be degraded to your max resolution.
