Blu Life One X won't charge

I bought this phone about a month ago. It worked perfectly until about 3 day ago, now all of a sudden, even when plugged in all night (while it says that it is charging and no apps are active) it will not charge above 25%. This is driving me crazy! I have used about 3 different cords and have tried plugging it in at work and at home.

Is the USB port connector clean and undamaged?

I seem to have the same issues as the OP. Purchase Life One X in December 2015. Working fine until a week ago. Charging - in the past week - has been an issue. Looks like I have to turn the Phone off - to charge completely. Leaving the Phone on while charging, takes forever - say more than 6 hours - and I did not have the patience to go beyond that. So turned off the phone for a few hours to get a 100% charge.

Any thoughts / solutions - are appreciated.

By way of usage, not a heavy user at all - Talk and Text are primary uses.
