remote apps in all aplications

There are 5 remote apps in my all applications all have android icon except one is blue with a lock symbol also i have an android app that had all 0s first t mobile said it wasn't supposed to be that way so i did a reset it was the same second lady said it was normal but when i forced stopped the remote apps it started computing. I've had account passwords changed on me
home screen freezing phone shutting on its own and i have lookout please help

Also this app was at 0 for 7 mnths i called T Mobile the first woman said it wasn't normal to do a reset I did the reset it was the same then I called back the second lady said it was normal house phone was the same way then I'm always looking in my applications and when I seen the remote I just noticed that it wasn't on there anymore
