how do i master reset my lg lucky

I've tried using the power and volume button and it either puts my phone in safe mode or does nothing. 😡

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to go to the system settings menu? If so, go to Settings>Backup & Reset and tap the Factory Data Reset option there.
