Bad touchscreen on Cubot x9

Hello, I bought a cubot x9 a couple of months back and I've been having a quite weird, albeit extremely annoying problem. When I'm dragging my finger across the screen, it just stops registering my touch for a couple of ms and then continues "line". I am using drag typing however and this is very nerve wracking, especially when I want to write something fast, but then end up to have to type it letter by letter. The weird thing is that it doesn't happen at the same spot all the time. It happens at random spots each time. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
