I had a Class 4 Kingston card I moved from an S2 to a Note 3 (I thought it was a Class 10). It will work fine on the S4. It has lower transfer speeds than a Class 10, U3 or SDXC whatever but you won't notice it. 2k video transfers and app sharing on the latest generation flagship phones you maybe would notice.
Mine failed after 18 months, it would keep saying card unmounted, so I heartily recommend not relying on it as sole storage for all your media, and portions of any apps you transfer (don't put apps on it if you don't need to).
SanDisk and Samsung genuine branded cards are regarded as the reliable brands for heavy use, but any known make should last you.
