Before firing up a new Android 13 'phone, I took the sim and sd card out of my old one and put them in the new one. Fired it up and set the process of copying everything from old to new via bluetooth.

All went well until I came to realise that the process had decided that all data should go onto the sd card. Previously the 256 card was almost full of flacs and I assume some were overwritten. That's not a problem in itself, I have the music elsewhere and can restore it.

Thing is that I really want to use the internal storage for all the 'phone stuff and have the ability to use the sd principally for music (and other personal stuff) and not have the phone spit its dummy when I take the card out.

I guess I can set the old 'phone up as a new 'phone, move everything back, then repeat what I've done today but leave the sd card out to force internal storage.

But I'm guessing there's an easier way that you people might share?
