How do you rest your phone if it appears with

My phones a Sheffield digital rs4 && it keeps coming up with "please enter privacy protection password" i cant sync to my laptop either and nothing else is working

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen when you first power on the phone? Do you have any 3rd party privacy apps installed on the phone? The privacy protection password might also be related to the SIM card--did you just insert a new card?
