Update failed

First I have rooted my device(lollipop v5.1) then I decided to unroot it and succeed, yet still I failed to update through FOTA. The message "your system is damaged wireless update is disabled" persist to pop up.

It sounds like all the root files were not removed all the way. What device do you have?
