My caller can't hear me but I can hear them when they call

When I answer the phone, my callers can't hear me. I can hear my callers on the other end but they can't hear me.

Hi, & Welcome to AC Forums!

Things to consider:

1. Do you have a case, if so, remove and see if that helps.
2. Try entering recovery mode, wipe Cache Partition. No data loss occurs.
3. Did your phone sustain water or fall damage?
4. Did you recently update your phone? If so, do step 2.

Last thing, unless someone else has another idea, would be to do Full Factory Reset. If that fails to solve, then off to a repair shop I'm afraid.

Note: BE SURE TO BACK UP ALL YOUR IMPORTANT STUFF BEFORE YOU DO FACTORY RESET AND OR BRING TO SERVICE CENTER.
