My droid turbo's system UI

[AC Question]

I was messing around with the developer options on the phone when I turned on this one settings and instantly my phone switched to a black screen and this message appeared saying "unfortunately, the system UI has stopped working". I am very desperate for some help

Try booting in to recovery and wiping the cache partition to see if that fixes the issue.
