cant copy media from my LG G4 to my win 10 PC

hi there. i`m trying to copy some videos i have on my LG G4 memory card to my Windows 10 computer. i plug in my phone , all the files open as they should , i select the videos i want to copy to my computer desktop , i press copy then paste , but nothing happents.. i tried different cables including the original one , but i have the same result.. so its not a cable matter.. also my LG G4 is regognised by my PC just fine and opens all my folders.. but cant copy anything.. why???
